Description:

You are part of a team of crane operators and assistant crane operators. This is the team that is responsible for loading and unloading loads from the train to the trucks and vice versa.

 

Responsibilities:

  • loading and unloading swap bodies and containers from the train using a portal crane
  • safely moving the portal crane across the terminal
  • passing on instructions and information to employees on the ground
  • passing on instructions and information to the staff of Terminal Operations

 

Job skills required:

  • you have a good physical condition
  • you speak and understand Dutch and French and/or Spanish. Any other language is a plus
  • you like working in the open air
  • you can work while respecting the necessary safety regulations
  • you can work independently as well as in a team
  • you are immune to stress

 

Details:

  • fulltime position, fixed term contract
  • preferably living in the Mechelen area
  • willing to work in a 3-shift system with daytime hours between 7 am and 8 pm
  • weekly working hours: 40h, 12ADV days

Mouguerre, France

Description:

You will integrate a young and dynamic team and will be in charge of the reception of the drivers, the management of documents (CMR, delivery notes…) and the telephone calls.
You speak Spanish fluently and have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
Working time: 9am to 6pm.

  • Physical and telephone reception
  • LIaise with subsidiaries/customers/carriers
  • Updating of databases (Excel and internal software)
  • Classifying documents
  • Scheduling appointments

Job skills required:

  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools, Outlook
  • Languages: Fluent Spanish required – English valued
  • Education: BTS Transport
