WHISTLEBLOWING
In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, and Directive (EU) 2019/1937, the Ambrogio Group has implemented a system for reporting unlawful or irregular conduct. This tool allows for the secure and confidential reporting of any violations of regulations or non-compliant behavior within the Group. Whistleblowing is a key pillar in ensuring a transparent and safe working environment, protecting corporate integrity.
The Ambrogio Group guarantees the utmost confidentiality regarding the whistleblower’s identity, applying strict protocols to protect those who choose to report wrongdoing or irregularities. To ensure complete privacy, all reports are managed through an external platform.
Who can report?
Eligible individuals include those who operate within the Company, such as:
- Internal stakeholders of the Ambrogio Group, including individuals with administrative, management, control, supervisory, or representative functions; employees and workers hired under temporary contracts; interns and trainees; volunteers; quasi-subordinate workers and freelance collaborators without VAT registration, even occasional ones.
- External stakeholders, such as self-employed workers, external collaborators, professionals and consultants with their own VAT registration, former employees or candidates (whose work relationship has ended or not yet begun), shareholders, and individuals with administrative, management, control, supervisory, or representative roles.
What can be reported?
Reports may concern behaviors, acts, or omissions that harm the public interest or the integrity of public administration and the Group, which have come to the whistleblower’s attention in the course of their work. Specifically, this includes:
- Administrative, accounting, civil, or criminal offenses;
- Unlawful conduct under Legislative Decree 231/2001 or violations of the related organizational and management models;
- Breaches falling within the scope of EU or national legislation;
- Acts or omissions that damage the EU’s financial interests;
- Acts or omissions affecting the internal market;
- Acts or behaviors that defeat the purpose or effectiveness of EU legislation.
How to report?
The company has adopted a dedicated IT platform, managed by an external provider, to ensure confidentiality and anonymity.
Other reporting methods:
A written letter addressed to the Whistleblowing Committee, marked CONFIDENTIAL – PERSONAL, sent to:
- Via F.lli Kennedy 1 – 10048 Vinovo (TO), the company’s registered office;
- A direct meeting with the Whistleblowing Committee, scheduled within a reasonable timeframe upon explicit request by the whistleblower;
