OUR 2025 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

We are pleased to announce the publication of the 2025 Sustainability Report, the third report prepared on a voluntary basis by Ambrogio Trasporti. The document was developed by the company’s internal ESG Committee with the methodological support of Up2You S.r.l.

The Report provides an overview of the results achieved and the initiatives carried out throughout 2025 in the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) areas, confirming our commitment to increasingly sustainable development. Among the main milestones achieved in 2025, we highlight:

• the achievement of ISO 14001 certification for the Environmental Management System;
• investments in our fleet, with the purchase of five new Euro 6 vehicles compatible with HVO diesel, a latest-generation biofuel;
• the increase in training hours delivered, rising from 1,116 in 2024 to 1,456 in 2025.

The publication of the Report represents an important step in our journey towards alignment with future European sustainability regulations and reinforces our commitment to transparency towards customers, employees and stakeholders.
