“SAFE ON TRUCK” EVENT 2025

On Saturday, October 18th, our Gallarate terminal hosted the “Safe on Truck” event, a special day designed for our drivers and their families. The initiative, made possible thanks to the support of the sponsors DAF Trucks and Prometeon, focused on the themes of safety and sustainability.

The event included a theoretical course for our drivers and hauliers on the correct securing of loads, with particular attention to current regulations and the safest operating practices. The theoretical training was followed by a practical demonstration on a swap body.

In addition, thanks to the participation of two instructors, those present had the opportunity to discover the technical characteristics and performance of two vehicles provided by DAF Trucks: the DAF XG tractor and the 100% electric XF tractor.

The event also saw the participation of families: children had the opportunity to climb into the cabins of lorries, learning how to move safely around heavy vehicles. They also took part in a fun baby yoga class. For adults, a mindfulness session was organised, led by a yoga teacher, focusing on the theme of “jouney” and the importance of “taking a break” for mental and physical well-being.
