The Ambrogio Group guarantees the utmost confidentiality regarding the whistleblower’s identity, applying strict protocols to protect those who choose to report wrongdoing or irregularities. Who can report?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

Eligible individuals include those who operate within the Company, such as:<\/p>\n

  • Internal stakeholders<\/strong> of the Ambrogio Group, including individuals with administrative, management, control, supervisory, or representative functions; employees and workers hired under temporary contracts; interns and trainees; volunteers; quasi-subordinate workers and freelance collaborators without VAT registration, even occasional ones.<\/li>\n
  • External stakeholders<\/strong>, such as self-employed workers, external collaborators, professionals and consultants with their own VAT registration, former employees or candidates (whose work relationship has ended or not yet begun), shareholders, and individuals with administrative, management, control, supervisory, or representative roles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What can be reported?<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

    Reports may concern behaviors, acts, or omissions that harm the public interest or the integrity of public administration and the Group<\/strong>, which have come to the whistleblower\u2019s attention in the course of their work. Specifically, this includes:<\/p>\n

    • Administrative, accounting, civil, or criminal offenses;<\/li>\n
    • Unlawful conduct under Legislative Decree 231\/2001 or violations of the related organizational and management models;<\/li>\n
    • Breaches falling within the scope of EU or national legislation;<\/li>\n
    • Acts or omissions that damage the EU\u2019s financial interests;<\/li>\n
    • Acts or omissions affecting the internal market;<\/li>\n
    • Acts or behaviors that defeat the purpose or effectiveness of EU legislation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
